You will be responsible for a combination of administrative and electrical engineering tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and supporting administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Manage schedules and appointments for the electrical engineering team
• Handle correspondence and documentation related to electrical projects
• Maintain records of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance logs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical services
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting for electrical projects
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Electrical Engineering:

• Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
• Conduct inspections and repairs of electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
• Participate in project planning and implementation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Electrical experience prefer
• Basic understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with min 2 years of working experience in HR.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage project R&R works.

· Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.

· Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.

· Execute project works based on the drawing / specification. ‘

· Resolve any Clients and / or residents’ complaints / feedbacks.

· Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.

· Attend site meeting, if applicable.

· Track work progress and submit progress report so as to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.

Job Requirements

· Handle full set of account and prepare monthly management report on time.

· Review the work of accounts assistant and provide guidance for them.

· Manage the company cash flow by monitoring on the account receivable collection and liaising with the customers.

· Preparation of budget forecast for the company.

· Ensure that all the statutory and tax requirements for the company are met by liaising with various external parties such as auditors and tax agent.

· Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

· Other duties as assigned.
