We need an experienced Electrical Engineer for 3 years.· Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling, installing instruments & threaded rods; install CMS, trunking, tray, ladder rack, confined space entry, small power, and lighting, terminating, and gladding SWA. Examined installations and observed operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications, and provided technical assistance to field personnel in the areas of high voltage distribution equipment and high voltage motors/generators.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of companies (including listed companies)
• Arrange and prepare meetings and meeting papers
• Provide board, compliance and corporate governance support
• Liaise with stakeholders and advisers on corporate projects and matters
• File notification with ACRA
• Provide legal administrative support as and when required
• Any administrative and/or ad hoc duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Possess or pursuing ICSA qualification
• Well versed in corporate secretarial work for listed companies
• Meticulous, pleasant personality and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Team player able to work well with minimum supervision

6. To maintain the vehicles condition, perform basic preventive maintenance,
7. must possess Class 4 Driving Licence and No demerit points,
8. Conduct inspection daily to ensure vehicle is safe.
