What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration, automation, or industrial programming
• Proficient in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, or Structured Text
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, communication protocols, and SCADA software

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Lead and review the costing, cost planning, and estimation process for tenders.
• Manage and support multiple M&E tender projects concurrently.
• Chair pre-tender meetings and allocate duties to team members during tender preparation.
• Supervise the preparation of preliminary design drawings and design calculations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Review and approve budgets for M&E works to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Analyze and mitigate risks related to project cost control and budget adherence.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
• Address and resolve design and tender-related queries promptly and effectively.
• Ensure tenders and related documents are well-prepared, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all tender activities.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Conduct WSH Trainings, WSH Inspections, preparing Risk Assessment, regards to the works scopes, establish WSH Training plan, safety inductions procedure, updates WSH Legal requirements, reporting to projects managers , in regards WSH Requirements, conduct internal Safety Managements Review and conduct WSH Monthly Committee Meeting as WSH Act. Preferred LTA EXPERIENCE

1. Educational Qualifications and Skills :

WSH Specialist Diploma In WSH/ ECO, Risk Managements bizSAFE 2 Certifications, added advantage with lifting supervisor certifications., able to write risk assessments in accordance with WSH Risk Management Act, able to work closely with teams

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Source and liaise with new or current supplier in purchasing operation with proper evaluation process such as good quality, service, price competitiveness and others
• Ensure sufficiency of stock by monitoring and replenishment in order to fulfill requisition of the respective staff, and job sites
