• Provide day to day customer service support and administrative duties in engineering department.
• Deal with customers via multiple communication channels such as telephones, email and other CRM tools.

Project Overview

The Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre invites applications for Postdoctoral Associate positions in the area of crystallization science and particle engineering. We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead to oversee multiple software development teams in NUS.

The role will be responsible for leading and guiding teams in the development of high-quality software products, ensuring they meet business needs and align with NUS strategic goals.
