About This Role

1. Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction.

2. Lead the execution of topographic and as-built surveys to capture essential data.

3. Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors and verify the accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculations.

4. Propose engineering documents for clients' approval, on-site installation and hands-on monitoring of sensors, instruments and equipments.

5. Attending project meetings, schedule control, monitor site personnel ensuring data processing, review, analysis, submission of reports.

Skills Required

1. Well verse in surveying technology and equipment.

2. Proven track record in land surveying.

3. Understand geotechnical instrumentation.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

*May required to work OT when necessary.

*This role is on 5.5 days workweek and work location is currently located at the central.

Educational qualifications: "A" level / Diploma or Equivalent

Lift Technician : Job Description & Requirements

• Assemble, install, repair and maintain lifts.

• Attending to breakdowns, troubleshooting equipment faults and carries out preventive / corrective actions and to perform inspection & testing of lifts.

• Physically fit to handle / lift heavy equipment and parts up to 20 kgs.

• Preferably technician with related field experience.

• Safety Supervisor will be advantageous.

• Work at Height Safety Supervisor will be advantageous.

• Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational and reporting skills, recognizing responsibilities, able to work independently and yet a team player, actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
