Job description:

• Provide administrative support (data entry, filing and documentation) for workshop day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor / Manager to support for quotation creation, servicing and other package price list to be updated within the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) .
• Finalize customer registration details in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP)
• Liaise with other business units to keep fleet listing updated
• Coordinate with Customer Service Advisor on appointment bookings and workshop scheduling
• Provide administrative support on accident reporting
• Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners where required

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese based client
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful applicant's primary responsibility is to provide support for Triflex waterproofing product application to all our customers. He will work closely with building contractors, engineers, site supervisors and facility managers to create solutions for waterproofing challenges and to demonstrate application techniques waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in automated testing for web applications using tools like Selenium or Playwright. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT/web applications by designing and implementing automated tests that improve efficiency and maintain high standards of software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium, Playwright, or other relevant automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement test cases, scenarios, and strategies for new features and enhancements.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing for web applications.
• Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and libraries.
• Execute automated tests and identify, report, and track defects through to resolution.
• Monitor and maintain the test environments and ensure test data is properly set up.
• Continuously analyze and improve existing test automation processes and infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, identify potential improvements, and help maintain best practices within the QA process.
