• Provide advanced manufacturing electrical and controls expertise in leading detailed and comprehensive planning for conceptualization, specification, development and implementation of right-sized manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Manage electrical and control portions of capital equipment expenditures that support new product designs, factory capacity or efficiency additions.
• Manage multiple projects and/or provide leadership for larger equipment control projects.
• Must be able to analyse needs and determine best electrical & instrumentations recommendations for equipment / process to optimize cost & performance.
• Able to select the right-sized equipment, workstation design, material presentation, standard work and single piece flow. Use data and statistics to characterize delivered manufacturing process capabilities in qualifying the release of processes and equipment
• Able to design panel (HMI, PLC, RIO) and provide line drawing according to client needs.
• Able to perform IQ/OQ test during commissioning.
• Able to perform costing base on selected instrument or given drawing.

• Assisting Accounts Dept. in AR & AP, Balance sheet, and P&L functions.
• Co-ordinate in Processing AP payments & SOA reconciliation of Supplier.
• Checking & Providing each Project Profitability report to Management.
• Assisting & Preparation of payment plan for day-to-day payables.
• Review of Cash advances paid to project personnel.
• Review of AP payable and providing report to Management.
• Handle the Petty Cash, GST, IRAS submission, and employee income tax calculations.
• Input all transaction details into the accounting system.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Process reconciliations of inter-company transactions
• Handling full sets of accounts and assisting in month-end closing
• Maintain/Update daily cash book and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations
• Administer all standing instructions and GIRO deductions
• Assist in the preparation of management reports
• Verify and process vendor's invoices in Company ERP software
• Responsible for accounts data entries and functions
• Validate and process expense claims for petty cash payments
• Coordinate with Auditors for Corporate Tax, ECI, etc.
• Provide support in year-end audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager on all site administrative works
• Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
• Maintain document archiving system for hardcopies and e-filing into server.
• Oversee the day-to-day admin functions of the department.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Support the project management to complete the piping works in scheduled time with safe manner.
• Ensuring all the piping works is being done as per project specification and standards.
• Monitoring subcontractor’s day to day activity and work progress. Coordination with fabrication shop and painting shop for priority pipes and spools.
• Supervise, check and review of Isometric Drawing & P&ID in every system for status verification and conformity as per latest revision and update necessary for pipe spools installations, tie-ins (welding/flange connections), the closure/golden welds details.
• Conducting toolbox talk on daily basis at work spot. Identified the hazards in the work field and take precautions to eliminate the hazards.
• Attending walkthrough with construction management and conforming the rectification of their comments.
