• Lifting supervisors appointed for tower or mobile cranes at the worksites must complete the Lifting Supervisors Safety Course conducted by an accredited training provider.

Requirements:

• Bachelors / Masters / PhD Candidates in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of engineering materials, material mechanics, and soil mechanics concepts and applications
• Familiarity with relevant civil engineering software, tools, and resources
• Working experience in the civil engineering field
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Any previous teaching experience will be an added advantage
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

Working Hours:

• At least 3 hours per week (when classes are scheduled)
• Weekday evenings (19:00 – 22:00) or weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of marine electrical system/component in workshops and onboard vessels
• Supervise any workers being assigned for jobs completion
• Perform corrective maintenance and planned maintenance
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling and modification of electrical circuit
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as Multimeter, Insulation tester and Process calibrator
• Participate in the repair of electrical components in workshop and onboard ships.

Requirements:

· NTC/Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering and related field.

· Preferably with at least 4-5 years working experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.

· Able to read electrical circuit drawings.

· Preferably to have experience in DC/AC motors, Generators, Switchboards and Circuit breakers.

· Experience in testing and calibration of high/low voltage equipment or fault analysis

· Able to perform troubleshooting and fault rectification during daily operations

· Positive-attitude and have initiative to perform all tasks being assigned

· Willing to work in outdoor condition e.g heat, oil and dust

· Willing to work in Changi area

Job Description & Requirements

• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures
• Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to internal division.
• Responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
• Providing reports and activity updates to management
• Performs any other related duties as assigned
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineer in coordinating and supervising maintenance and overhauling jobs
• Prepare Job Acceptance on completion of Jobs
• Monitor and update job status daily.
• Supervise mechanical / diesel / air-conditioning works
• Liaise with customers and contractors on works to be carried out
• Arrange for inspection / job acceptance
• Carry out general repair and maintenance jobs onboard vessels or in workshops
• Dismantle and troubleshoot for mechanical defects
• Perform testing of equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Perform test run and report to superior on the job completion status

Requirements:

• NTC in Mechanical/Marine/Automotive related field.
• Physically fit with good eyesight
• Possess basic understanding of basic components and functions of mechanical engines or diesel engines
• Able to use IMTE tools such as micrometer, bore gauge and torque wrench
• Able to read simple drawings and service reports
• Possess man management experience for up to 5 technicians
• Willing to work under outdoor environment on site
• Basic working knowledge in MS Word and Excel for status and reporting purpose
• Willing to work in Changi area, with company transport provided
