· Monitor job progress and identify potential delays.

· Collaborate with various departments (Quality, Sales, Store, Engineering) to ensure efficient production coordination.

· Generate Non-Conformance and Scrap inventory records in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory data.

· Generate reports to compare total Production quantity against Sales Order quantity for verification.

· Update and generate reports as needed.

· Prepare buy documents for subcontracting purposes.

· File completed job documents in a systematic manner.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.

· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
