Reporting to Project Director
Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC.
Manage contract obligations related to company scope
Cost Management of project
Reporting and liaise with clients, stakeholders and workforce.
Ensure compliance, good engineering practice with safety implementations in project management.
Plan and implement schedules, procurement, cost management and contractual fulfilment.
Manage team engineers and coordinators ensuring good communication and execution
Testing and Commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
Implement and govern safety management system for site.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical, Building Services or relevant qualifications.
At least 5 years experience, full staff benefits after probation.
Good management, communication, presentation and reporting skills
Possess strong leadership, independence, commitment and able to resolve conflicts.
Experience in BIM is preferred, however if willing to learn will be presented opportunities to attain skillset/qualifications.
