Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Carry out architectural, cost control project supervision and documentation.
• To attend to construction site coordination work and meeting, include liaise with RTO for inspection.
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project excution.
• To assist Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
• Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned.

Requirement :

• Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• At least 1year of working experience in the relating field is required.
• Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of works.

(1) Experience in M&E QS scope of works and had participated in tender projects of more than $2 Mil

(2) Good Communication Skill and a Good Team Player

(3) At Least 3-4 years of experience in M&E field of works

(4) Resourceful and Outcome-based attitudes to explore any new arisings

(5) Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requriement

(6) Require to attend Tender Site Show-arounds and Project Meetings with Project Director/Manager

~ Analyse risk management data.

~ Assess viability of workflow improvements.

~ Coordinate day-to-day fleet operational activities under supervision.

~ Maintain relationships with clients.

~ Manage compliance to risk management frameworks, policies and processes.

~ Manage information exchange between clients and business.

~ Manage issues arising from servicing client accounts.

~ Optimise utilisation of resources.

~ Oversee implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency.

1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients master schedule.

2. Preparation of progress report and submission

3. Procurement of material/ parts/ components

4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit / replacement recommendation to clients

5. On the job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.

6. Preparation of method of statement / process for presentation to clients.

7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.

8. Troubleshooting of fault / breakdowns and rectification according to authorities / clients requirement.

9. Perform full set of testing complying to authorities / clients requirement.

10. Perform maintenance program and complying to authorities / clients requirementt.

11. Attendance of meeting and or site survey with clients.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

13. Maintenance of good public relationship with vendors / clients.

14. Logistic and manpower planning and arrangement.

* Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.

* Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.

* Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.

* Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

* Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

* Overseeing construction engineering processes.

* Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

* Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.

* Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.

* Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
