• To be able to converse in English and work effectively with Internal staff including Site Foreman, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers and Client’s BIM representatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Main contractors on the planning and progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule
• Supervise M&E works to ensure it adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Background in M&E works. Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering/ relevant on-job experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar role within the construction industry
• Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• 6 day workweek. Shift work might be required during critical phase.
• Willing to work on-site
