Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in daily site operation.

• Prepare Daily Report and submission.

• Prepare work Inspection Checklist and submission.

• Prepare materials request and arrange for delivery.

• Receive and verify materials delivered and record GDN and DO.

• Update drawings and drawing register, receipt and issue of drawings.

• Plan and maintain a tidy construction site.

• Arrange the delivery and stacking of material in such a manner as to avoid increasing the risks involved by double handling.

• Implement arrangements with sub-contractors and other contractors on the project site to avoid any confusion about areas of responsibility.

• Ensure that periodic tests, inspections and maintenance work are being carried out.

• Ensure that all repair and maintenance work carried out on the project site is done in a proper manner.

• Ensure that correct procedures and system of work are being developed and maintained.

• Attend promptly to all notified plant defects or bring to the attention of the relevant Foreman the need for Dangerous plant to be put out of service.

• Manage & Comply with Workplace Safety & Health for project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of site experience in construction field is preferred.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

• Performs service, maintenance, installation and repair for various security surveillance systems such as CCTV, Biometric and Card Access Reader, Burglar Alarm, Turnstile and etc.

1. To perform troubleshooting of Live plant MCC, other electrical panels, lighting systems, and various process instruments

related to Jurong Island - Chemical plant.

2. To support and oversee vendor-installed new MCCs/LV boards as per the design and ensure safe commissioning

assistance as per protocol.

3. To do regular Preventive maintenance for of above.

4. Sound knowledge of area classifications related to the process industry and ensuring equipment inspection, and

verifications are in order

5. To do works, servicing of valves and actuators

6. To upkeep the spare part list and consumable list

7. To key in manhour in the CMM system

8. To upkeep the maintenance records and perform maintenance activity assigned by the supervisor 9. To perform electrical

LOTO for site activities.

10..To perform minor cable laying, termination, and glanding of E&I equipment.

11. Assist mechanical technicians with any emergency troubleshooting related to E&I works.

12. To provide support for E&I fitter for tray works and tubing, and related installation works(small panels, lights JB, etc)

13. Previous experience in turn-key / green field / gray field E & I construction experience is mandatory

This role combines excellent communication skills with facility management experience, handling customer calls and overseeing operational aspects related to facility maintenance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Management:

· Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to facility management services.

· Provide information on facility operations, maintenance schedules, service offerings, and processes.

· Handle customer requests with professionalism, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Facility Management Support:

· Assist customers in scheduling and coordinating maintenance or repair services for the facility.

· Coordinate with the maintenance team or service providers to ensure timely facility upkeep and repairs.

· Monitor and report facility issues, ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolutions.

Call Handling & Documentation:

· Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, specifically noting any facility-related requests or incidents.

· Track and follow up on customer facility-related issues, ensuring timely closure of tasks or service requests.

· Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, repair records, and service logs related to facility management.

Product Knowledge & Assistance:

· Stay updated on product and service offerings related to facility management (e.g., janitorial services, HVAC systems, security, etc.).

· Educate customers on the facilities and services available to them, offering solutions and recommendations for improving their experience.

Complaint Resolution & Escalation:

· Handle escalated complaints or complex facility-related inquiries, ensuring they are resolved in line with company policies and within acceptable timeframes.

· Escalate unresolved facility issues to higher management or facility teams as necessary.

Performance Metrics & Targets:

· Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, facility service response time, and overall call handling efficiency.

· Participate in regular performance reviews, facility training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Outbound Calls (if required):

· Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or service promotion related to facility management services.

· Ensure that customer and facility data is accurate and up-to-date.

Facility Coordination & Reporting:

· Coordinate with internal facility management teams to report service interruptions, maintenance needs, or new facility requests.

· Provide regular feedback on recurring facility issues or trends that may require long-term solutions.

Team Collaboration:

· Work closely with the facility management, customer service, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
