Job Description:

1. Carry out servicing and maintenance works for M&E equipment and ensure works are carried out accordingly to drawings, specifications and method statement.

2. Carry out repair and parts replacement works on M&E system including troubleshooting to resolve M&E faults.

3. Provide supervision to technicians to ensure works are carried out correctly and timely.

4. Plan, prepare, and manage preventive maintenance schedule to ensure works are completed on time.

5. Ensure all works carried out safely and in compliance to ISO and safety procedures.

6. Attend joint inspections with clients, SO rep, etc.

7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in installation and/or maintenance of electrical systems.
• Diploma or Higher NITEC on Electrical/Mechanical or relevant Engineering Discipline

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget variance analysis, and forecasting reports, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage cash flow, including monitoring cash balances, optimizing cash flow processes, and forecasting cash needs.

Job Description:

The Planner (Dynamic/Forward Planning) is responsible to the Manager (Maintenance Planning) & AO (Dynamic Planning) for the following:

1. Planning and monitoring of work input given by Customer or FTM through Line Maintenance Tracking Chart (LMTC) or LM Matrix.

2. Monitoring and maintaining of Daily Work Schedule (DWS) and Workplan (WP) for all planned tasks including Work Orders (WO) and Work Instructions (WI).

3. Facilitation of daily tasks assignment at Line Maintenance Division through Production Input Meeting (PIM).

4. Coordinate with various operation sections at Line Maintenance Division for tasks acceptance and execution.

5. Monitoring and updating of various production reports (ADSI report; Report J) including Preservation reporting.

6. Ensure timely updating of all reports to accountable stakeholders.

7. Any other roles and duties as assigned to him/her.

Requirements:

1. Working experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidates with experience in Planning in other industries would also be considered.

2. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Good human relations skills.

4. Ability to learn fast and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.

5. Proficiency with SAP will be advantageous.

6. Customer-centric with the ability to adapt to different types of characters.
