Key Skills: External Attack Surface Management (EASM) solution & Vulnerability Management

Job Objectives

Ø This Vulnerability Management role will help on the strategic initiative to implement the External Attack Surface Management (EASM) solution.

Ø This role requires an experienced cybersecurity professional with the basic understanding of external threat landscapes, experience in attack surface management, and the ability to implement robust operational models.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Support the implementation of the EASM program across the organization.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of the bank's external attack surface.

Ø Support defining and establishing the operational model for EASM

Ø Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Ø Support the development and maintain incident response plans specifically tailored to address external threats identified through the EASM program.

Ø Coordinate assessing exposure, risk, and the remediation.

Ø Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the incident response plans.

Ø Collaborate with third-party vendors providing EASM solutions and monitor the service quality.

Ø Develop contextual data sets, reports, and dashboards to provide management, risk, and service insights.

Ø Provide support for all audit and regulatory requests.

Key Requirements

Education:

Ø Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution

Ø Professional security related qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, etc.) will be favorable although not mandatory

Technical Skills:

Ø 3-5 years of experience in IT with a recent focus on cyber security or related fields

Ø Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security measures.

Ø Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/ prevention systems, and other network security devices.

Ø Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and methodologies.

Ø Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and analysis tools for proactive defense.

Ø Familiarity with using SIEM solutions to collect, analyze, and correlate security events.

Ø Knowledge of incident response processes and procedures.

Ø Ability to analyze large datasets for patterns and anomalies indicative of security threats.

Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning
• Design Development & Calculation for Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Work Assessment for Progress Claims and Sub-Contractor’s payment
• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Support in budget preparation and keeping to project schedules
• Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
• Familiar calculation with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load and external static pressure calculation
• Maintain, manage and document according to ISO Standards.
• Able to execute multiple tasks and projects
• Other related duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years working experiences in design installation and T&C of Centralized Chilled Water System / BMS System
• Good interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment

Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth operation of site activities.
• To Provide logistical support (site utilisation) when needed, as requested by sub-contractors.
• To be the liaison for the coordination of different trades within the same discipline.
• Responsible for all on-site engineering issues pertaining to site matters.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and attend to clients queries to ensure timely work arrangements.
• Involve in day-to-day management of site supervision of construction activity to ensure site works are carried out as per schedule

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Design/Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering/Building Construction or any equivalent qualification.
• Experience / Knowledge in structural steel works/ precast RC works/ Building/ MRT/ LTA is an advantage
• More than 8-years of site experience in Construction sector.
• Good team player and able to work independently
• BCSS Certificate

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design and development function for Payments and Remittance withing Digital Technology function
• Enforce best practices in code quality and release/deployment process to achieve near zero production incidents.
• Drive devops improvements in team including quality engineering.
• Ensure agreed architecture is implemented by development team using agreed patterns with engineering teams and architects
• Analyse metrics related to services and system health and drive proactive intervention to improve reliability – availability, latency, capacity, scalability etc
• Understands payments business function, construct a solution architecture around Microservices and APIs, and be able to decompose monolith applications into meaningful implementable Microservices and APIs in a Cloud/DevOps environment.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and best-practice release procedures
• Perform POC’s and come up with patterns and frameworks.
• Take part in software design review
• Mentor fullstack developers in the team to help them to adopt best development and instrumentation practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the code quality.
• Review pull requests and give constructive feedbacks to the peers/junior developers.

Requirements

• Mandatory – Very good understanding of Payments and Remittance from both functional and technical aspects from a retail consumer perspective
• Mandatory – Well versed with Observability tools such as App Dynamics and Grafana
• Mandatory – Good understanding of metrics involved in measuring Reliability of services such as availability, latency etc.
• Mandatory - Experience in design Cloud native, Event based and Microservice Architecture.
• Hands on experience with Spring and/or Spring Boot, Experience in designing and working with REST APIs
• Ability to write and review production quality code with good understanding of quality engineering
• Comfortable with practicing TDD and pair programming and experience in agile software development.
• Experience and proficiency in using Linux/bash shell, knowledge or experience with Kotlin, Golang and/or Rust is preferred
• Experience in using code quality tools like SonarCube.
• Experience with most of our tech stack: Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Junit / Mockito, Karate / Gherkin, MariaDB, Kafka / Avro, git, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins
