• Attend regular site meetings – QAQC, Landscape Coordination Meeting and Client Meeting.
• Attend off-site inspection – Precast and Structural Steel Works (Malaysia and Singapore Factory)
• Follow the developer’s Quality Inspectors (QI) and Customer Service Officers (CSO) for inspection prior to building handover to owners.
• Attend to client ’s defects during Defect Liability Period.
• Assisting in handover of the common areas to management team.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree related to QA/QC or Engineering / Construction related field
• Prior experience related to construction industry (HDB, Condominium projects etc.) is added advantage
• Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary

• Maintain and support in-house hardware, software licenses, servers, and network.
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers, intranet/internet, and firewalls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot problems related to company servers and in-house systems promptly.
• Monitor, investigate, rectify, and update computer virus issues.
• Monitor vehicle tracker system
• Monitor Inventory Tracker System
• Perform daily routine tasks and system operations for LAN/WAN, hardware, and CCTV.
• Provide regular maintenance and housekeeping for servers.
• Diagnose and resolve user problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT-related equipment.
• Ensure IT systems and facility operations comply with organizational policies and safety standards.
