You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure.

A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements·
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)

· Electrical design of battery-based energy storage systems and know-how on BESS, PCS, BMS, EMS and SCADA designs.

· Familiarity with applicable codes, standards and regulations in Singapore Authorities especially SCDF, EMA, etc.

· Due diligence and owner’s engineer experience where you take the lead to review technical documents and installations to determine their compliance.

· Perform Due Diligence and Owner’s Engineer activities for our client’s projects.

· Be aware and develop expertise in fundamental aspects and main characteristics of current battery technologies and relate them to battery parameters.

· Prepare FAT and integration test plan for BESS systems. Technical review of documents provided by vendors.

· Project management of bids and projects throughout their life cycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of Renewable energy systems and/or deployment of BESS. Prior experience in EPC business is an added advantage.

· Client management, team management and process management skills.

· Know-how on other electrical and Photovoltaics software is an added advantage.

· Project Management and Strong interpersonal skills with experience in an international multicultural environment.

· Usage of AutoCAD software is a minimum requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for biotechnology products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain bioreactors, fermenters, and other specialized equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Conduct quality control tests and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and product specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to implement process improvements and drive innovation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of manufacturing processes, ensuring traceability and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies and implement best practices accordingly.

Scop of the work:

• Perform activities in GXP environment. Activities including but not limited to, manufacturing operations, Commissioning & Qualification activities, any other activities as instructed by the supervisor.
• To perform and execute GXP operations independently and in accordance with Site safety standards
• To support manufacturing activities by performing verification of Automation or MES recipes
• Lead and drive manufacturing improvement initiates
• Perform update of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Procedures

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of working experience required in similar role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of bioprocessing techniques, including fermentation, purification, and downstream processing.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting bioreactors, centrifuges, chromatography systems, and other related equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory compliance in the biotechnology sector, particularly in Singapore.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
