• Looking for candidates with 3-5 years QC/Lab Equipment Validation experience.
• Provide technical support to run and validate necessary test methods on lab equipment and in developing method transfer/validation protocols and reports.
• Perform qualification and validation for in process, release and stability equipment (HPLC, UV, TOC, pH, etc).
• Manage day-to-day Quality Control/LAB Validation activities in accordance with approved Project Plans and Policies for a fast-paced brownfield project.
• Help with lab system validation, develop and oversea system qualification
• Review and Approve C&Q plans/protocols/reports and GxP SOPs/records
• Review validation life-cycle documents during the commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ), and validation (PQ) phase e.g., pre and post-execution commissioning/ qualification plans and test specifications, validation summary reports & etc.
• Ensure that documents are in compliance with quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Review engineering change control to evaluate the validation/quality impact(s).
• Support in the resolution of validation deviations and approval.
• Participate in the qualification coordination meeting to ensure correct event sequence in compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team and lead our mission of innovation and excellence. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing a variety of projects across different facilities. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging the latest technologies and your extensive experience to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers to plan and manage projects effectively, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with technical and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with main contractors and consultants to diligently track work progress and adherence to the project schedule, ensuring engineering specifications and standards are met.
• Facilitate communication with subcontractors and suppliers, meticulously prepare all project costs, process claims, and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Attend site meetings and perform detailed site inspections to ensure project milestones are met and technical standards are upheld.
• Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to job site safety policies and procedures, with a focus on engineering safety standards.
• Monitor and inspect work progress, maintaining rigorous quality control and assurance standards, and promptly address any engineering issues that arise.
• Work closely with the team to meet all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with consultants, ensuring successful project outcomes that meet engineering criteria.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
• Aid the Project Manager and team in the efficient closure of projects, including the handover process, OMM, and as-built documentation submission, ensuring all engineering documentation is accurate and complete.
• Ensure the proper upkeep of documents and efficiently upload them to the server for organized record-keeping, maintaining the integrity of all engineering records.
• Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• High adaptability
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and execution.

· Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis

· Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.

· Implement carpentry works and inspections.

· Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.

· Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction site especailly for RC works

· Experience of medium/large projects for MRT

· Conversant in statutory code and requirements
