The proposed personnel shall have minimum three (3) years of experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.

The proposed personnel shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS and/or registered under Structural Steel Singapore Society as a Registered Steelwork Supervisor.

The QSS shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month (Base Monthly Work Hours) which shall be computed based on the normal working hours for the week (forty-seven (47) hours a week).

Roles & Responsibilities

8. Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials according to specifications
9. Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment
10. Interpret construction plans and instructions from supervisors to carry out building tasks
11. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
12. Teamwork-oriented with a positive attitude
13. Providing labour assistance to any departments required

Job Descriptions:

Implement and adhere to scheduled preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance and repairs. Ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training or certification in mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mechanic, with hands-on experience in engine repair, cranes and excavator operation, and construction equipment maintenance.

Must be very familiar with XCMG machines.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and suppliers.
