Job Description :

• Support Senior Engineers in the detail design and design coordination of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical projects.
• Responsible for the execution of structural design and drafting works
• Preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings
• Customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted
• practices.

Responsibilities :

• Design of temporary and permanent works
• Carrying out analysis design of buildings and infrastructure
• Co-ordination of projects including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage
• Liaise with clients, consultant, and authorities on technical matters

1) The Design Engineer (DE) shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with educational qualifications recognised by the Professional Engineers

Board of Singapore,

2) with at least five (5) years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation projects of a similar size and complexity.

3) Familiar with submission procedures to BCA, LTA and other agencies.

4) Capable of drafting or BIM modeling using Autocad or equivalent software

5) Capable of using Plaxis, Staadpro, MS Office Words, EXCEL and VBA.

6) Familiar with local codes and Eurocode.

7) Familiar with LTA Civil Design Criteria and Materials & Workmanshop Specifications.

8) 44 hours work week, including alternate Saturday.

9) Located in city central, near to Bugis MRT.

Work Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $4k per month (Salary commensurate with experience)

• Load and offload materials from the lorry crane
• Operate the lorry crane for lifting activities within job sites
• Collect and deliver materials required for the sites to the required destinations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of the lorry crane
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of driving experience as a Lorry Crane driver
• Must have Class 4/5 driving licence
• Follow Singapore traffic regulations
• Able to commit OT during weekday and Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on design and model changes.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data using the BIM platform.
• Coordinate design documentation and fully utilize BIM tools.
• Attend coordination meetings and liaise with other disciplines' BIM Coordinators.
• Maintain and update BIM models until as-built stage.
• Prepare drafting for project submissions at various stages.
• Produce and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM models if needed.
• Manage document control, ensuring accurate records of submissions and drawing updates.
• Ensure shop drawings are completed according to the schedule.

Requirements:

• Diploma/BCA Specialist Certification in Building Information Modelling.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM standards.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction regulations and BIM guidelines.
