• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project

• Diploma / Degree in Engineer or equivalent
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with construction site activities
• Co-ordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction
• Able to work under tight schedules

• Ensure the arrangement of facilities after award of project in preparation for project start up
• Purchasing processing, ensuring purchase is followed up
• Ensure the maintenance of Approved Subcontractor/Supplier List
• Participate in management review of system
• Initiate action to prevent non-conformance relating to internal process and systems
• Record maintenance
• Recommend improvement measures to the superior
• Assist the MR in internal and external communication

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration related qualifications.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience.
• Good communication skills
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.

Job Description Summary

• Gain a broad understanding of the Mobility Rail Line (MRL) business globally and in Singapore.
• Develop knowledge of the MPS AFC payment business and engage in selected tasks and opportunities.
• Build relationships with key leaders across MRD, MRL, and URS HQ.
• Attend selected MRL management meetings for insights into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overseas pre-sales, business development, and tender submissions as part of the MPS team.
• Contribute to Singapore-based LTA projects and pre-sales activities.
• Assist Head MPS with business development efforts in Taiwan.
• Collaborate with the MPS project and solutions teams for Taiwan projects.
• Attend MRL management meetings for additional exposure and learning.

Key Accountabilities:

• Pre-Sales and Business Development: Participate in overseas pre-sales activities, business development, and tender submissions as a key member of the Mobility Payment Solutions (MPS) team.
• Project Participation: Actively contribute to the execution of Singapore-based LTA projects or pre-sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Business Development for Taiwan: Assist Head MPS in driving business development efforts for Taiwan, including identifying opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the MPS project and solutions teams to deliver successful outcomes for Taiwan projects, ensuring coordination and execution excellence.
• Management Exposure: Attend selected MRL management meetings to gain exposure to strategic decision-making processes and deepen your understanding of the Mobility Rail Line of Business.

· The incumbent reports to Head MPS, Mobility Rail.
