Job Requirements

· NITEC/or Higher NITEC in Engineering at the minimum, with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing Experience

· Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience.

· Able to read and understand schematic/ mechanical drawings

· Capable of independently carryout assembly of <2 Processes on a single Platform.

· Experience in Gas Box, Panels assembly for the Semicon Industry and the various applications preferred

· Willing to work in cleanroom environment with shift system (12-hour shift): 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am

· Entry level candidates are welcome

· Rotating shift day/ night once a quarter or once in 2 quarters

· 3-4 / 4-3 shift pattern

· Working attire: Full jumpsuit with mask

Our company was incorporated in 2013. Our main business is providing builder works and lift mechanical and electrical (M&E) works.

1. 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT/Network or compliance work and overall experience of FSI industry.
2. Good knowledge on Enterprise Network, familiar with Firewall/Router/Proxy/ and so on. Certification on network will be a plus, such as CCNA, CCNP or other equivalent network certificate.
3. Familiar with ITSM process, change management, execution & delivery, gap analysis, vendor assessment & management and stakeholder communication.
4. Familiar with Compliance and due diligence related work.
5. Proficient in audit workpapers, documenting audit tests and findings.
6. Proficient in establishing internal control systems for audit programs.
7. Ability to adapt, resourceful & dynamic with strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills.
8. Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
9. Able to manage and update knowledge management systems in line with the quality standards, procedures, and process changes.
10. Organise quality audits, identify training needs and analyse results to support the wider operation.
11. Regular testing, monitoring, reporting and sharing data driven insights with the relevant stakeholders.
