• Relevant experience in coordinating both architectural and M&E aspects for residential projects, preferably landed houses.
• Good understanding of architecural finishes and related installation works, M&E systems, and construction processes in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair works on packaging and conveying equipment
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system faults on equipment
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues through inspections and tests
• Analyze problems, diagnose malfunctions, and find solutions
• Use various tools and equipment for diagnosis and repair
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Communicate findings and repair option
• Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functionality
• Order and replace parts, collaborating with suppliers
• Attend to breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipment
• Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works
• Proper recording of works carried out on equipment. Equipment includes vehicles, chassis, forklift, industrial facilities, etc (list is non exhaustive)
• Any others adhoc job assigned by supervisor
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at workplace
• Ensure strict adherence to all workplace Health & Safety policies, legal and company regulations, with proper documentation and storage.
• Practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace.

· Site project management.

· Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

· Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

· Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements

· Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.

· Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.

· Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

· Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.

· Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.

Requirement

- Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate shall have the expertise/responsibilities in several of the following fields:

· Electrical design of battery-based energy storage systems and know-how on BESS, PCS, BMS, EMS and SCADA designs.

· Familiarity with applicable codes, standards and regulations in Singapore Authorities especially SCDF, EMA, etc.

· Due diligence and owner’s engineer experience where you take the lead to review technical documents and installations to determine their compliance.

· Perform Due Diligence and Owner’s Engineer activities for our client’s projects.

· Be aware and develop expertise in fundamental aspects and main characteristics of current battery technologies and relate them to battery parameters.

· Prepare FAT and integration test plan for BESS systems. Technical review of documents provided by vendors.

· Project management of bids and projects throughout their life cycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of Renewable energy systems and/or deployment of BESS. Prior experience in EPC business is an added advantage.

· Client management, team management and process management skills.

· Know-how on other electrical and Photovoltaics software is an added advantage.

· Project Management and Strong interpersonal skills with experience in an international multicultural environment.

· Usage of AutoCAD software is a minimum requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, within budget, deliver on time, safety alertness and the required quality.

· Able to prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure that the overall resources are used effectively and within project deadlines.

· Assist to prepare bid tender for new projects and ensure project compliance with company policy and guideline.

· Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project.

· Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

· Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

· Select, guide and develop a team of project member with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

· Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met and ensure customer safety & quality specifications are consistently met.

· Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity and supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resource within budget.

· Analyze and approve project investments that best meet the organization needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Recognized Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies.

· Possess 8 to 13 years relevant experience in the local Electrical / ACMV Engineering industry

· Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to interact effectively with project members and stakeholder at all levels.
