• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant practical experience in building works on building sites in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Building Information Modeling BIM).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
