Job Description

• To manage and to oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.

Resident Engineer (RE-C&S)

a. Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer, of which at least 2 years shall be in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity; in particular deep excavation and foundation, cut and cover tunnel works and building works;

b. Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;

. Site supervision of Project progress & liaise with

Clients/Consultants/Subcontractor/Workers

· Review project plans and specifications to ensure that the HVAC system design meets the required standards,

codes and regulations

· Select the appropriate HVAC equipment, materials, and component that meets the project requirements.

· Check site installation work as per approved drawings

· Understand and able to prepare the standard detail drawing to suit the respective project & shop drawings

· Check and follow up closely the daily site installation progress and able to take immediate action to tackle the delay.

· Able to liaise with different vendors and sub-contractors for different types of materials to be proposed and

submit for approval and subsequently procure them upon approved.

· Assist Project Manager to oversee overall project progress, manpower and monitor project schedule
