- Control and check all fabrication activities.

- Maintain welder performances and welders repair.

- Conduct final walk through inspection and monitor rectification of final punch list item. Safety aspects on construction is defined in safety assurance, procedure and thoroughly implemented.

Requirement:

- Minimum 2-4 years Experiences in Civil and Structural sector process plant.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ferrying of staff and dispatch works as assigned
• Ensure timely collections and deliveries of goods / items
• Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of vehicles at all times
• Perform routine inspection of vehicle and notify of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• To perform work according to health and safety regulations
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

• Class 3 / 4 Driving License
• Min 1 year of experience
• Familiar with Singapore roads

• Replenishing restroom supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Waste Management: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
• Proper disposal of waste, including recyclables and general waste. Ensuring waste disposal areas are kept clean and organized.
• Specialized Cleaning: Deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, and other fabric surfaces as required. Polishing floors, metal fixtures, and other surfaces as needed. Cleaning and maintaining equipment used for cleaning tasks.
