• Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at the construction site,
• Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
• Ensure construction site fulfill authority's code of practice and comply with In house safety rules & regulation.
• Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
• Prepare site meeting minutes, monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget

• Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.

• Liasie with project teams to prepare a progress claims to Clients and from Sub-Contractors
• Assist Project Department for all site administrative works including filing, typing, material requsition, keep tracking of orders and necessary site reports etc

• Collaborate with multiple project teams of software R&D, quality engineers and partners to deliver quality upfront, end to end quality validation in the Cloud and App solution releases for printers
• Manages and influence the software solution development process and schedule confidence through early engagement to embed quality requirements.
• Ensure that the validation scope and methodologies are defined, optimized, setup and executed to the quality delivery plan.
• Provides domain-specific expertise to the team members and partners to drive for issue root cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding test status, project progress, and issue resolution, mitigation plans for in development and released printer solutions.
• Inculcate a culture of proactive leadership, data-driven, quality mindset, agile and learning organization.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years’ experience in QA.
• Preferred experience with Printing, Firmware, Apps & Cloud based solutions.
• Experience with Agile software development models, overall architecture and software design for products and solutions.
• Knowledge of software end to end validation will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to Influence business decision & partners.
• Be able to present up to sponsors and senior management on proposals, negotiate options and drive for alignment.
• Experience in cross functional leadership.
