Job Description

• Report to the Manager/Team leader as shown in the organization chart. Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision works.
• The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

1. Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering

Responsibilities:

· To understand the contract of the project.

Engineering, or any other related field with significant experience in inventory management.

 Certification in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM,

ISM CPSM) is a plus.

Experience

 At least 3-5 years work experience in pharmaceutical/ biological/ chemical/ oil & gas industries.

 3-5 years of inventory warehouse experience driving inventory management and optimization

Skills

 Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in spare parts inventory management using a

computerized system, with Maximo preferred.

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational

levels.

 Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Respective Discipline Engineers, Project Engineers, EHS Engineers, O&M personnel, QC, QA and Validation personnel.

The main duties/ responsibilities:  Contribute to the development of the supervision plan and oversee the creation of supervision implementation guidelines.  Review relevant application documents from the construction team and submit to the Chief Supervision Engineer.  Participate in evaluating subcontractor qualifications.  Guide and monitor the work of site supervisors, providing regular updates on professional supervision activities to the Chief Supervision Engineer.  Inspect the quality of materials, components, and equipment arriving at the site.  Oversee inspections of work batches, hidden works, and sub-projects; take part in the acceptance of sub-projects.  Address any quality issues and safety hazards identified on-site.  Review and manage engineering changes, assisting with their evaluation and resolution.  Organize the preparation of supervision logs and contribute to monthly supervision reports.  Collect, summarize, and assist in the organization of supervision documents and materials.  Participate in pre-acceptance and final acceptance processes for the project.  Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate the entire site team, including subcontractors and vendors.  Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and site facilities to meet project needs.  Track site activities according to the project sequence and schedule.  Monitor logistics support in line with site requirements.  Communicate and clarify the work schedule to all relevant parties.  Explain the method statements and risk assessments to the team.  Identify and resolve site issues and conflicts among stakeholders.  Foster and maintain strong working relationships with all parties involved.  Coordinate and supervise all site activities.

• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system faults on equipment
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues through inspections and tests
• Analyze problems, diagnose malfunctions, and find solutions
• Use various tools and equipment for diagnosis and repair
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Communicate findings and repair option
• Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functionality
• Order and replace parts, collaborating with suppliers
• Attend to breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipment
• Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works
• Proper recording of works carried out on equipment. Equipment includes vehicles, chassis, forklift, industrial facilities, etc (list is non exhaustive)
