• Survey building sites to determine ideal layouts for construction, identify elevations and grades and find reference points for each project
• Research potential environmental risks and impacts from the scope of the project and develop a plan to address concerns
• Write detailed summaries of project timelines, environmental impact reports, requests for proposals and other written statements for the public
• Maintain optimal standards during project management that follow all relevant federal, state, local and industry guidelines

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of aircraft components under supervision of Technician / Service Engineer, in cleaning function, or generic maintenance tasks as assigned within the ability of staff using proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment
• Perform basic aircraft component disassembly / Sandblasting

• Able to work in non air-conditioned environment

Job Decription:

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• To report and take instruction from the Project Architect / C&S / M&E QP.
• To carry out regular inspection ensuring that the architectural, C&S, M&E and interior fit out works are constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawings and specifications, and the Building Control Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act and other applied regulations.
• To study the respective construction drawings, comment on sub-con developed shopdrawings and material submissions and collate with the respective resident staffs on the site co-ordination matters for QP, PE and Consultants resolution in construction.
• To perform ERSS calculation & BIM drawings for consultant's approval.
• To compute construction BQ for QS to follow up.
• To monitor, assess and report on contractor’s programme and progress of works.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in large scale construction below live building / Tunneling Project / Viaduct Project
• Strong knowledge of Architectural / C&S/ M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software
• Possess at least a Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a University recognized by Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore / Institution of Engineers Singapore
• At least 10 years’ site working experience in Singapore
• Familiar with HDB, PUB & LTA specification
• 6 working days a week
