• Supervises, assists and trains workers on the installation of electrical works
• Carries out works scheduling, materials requisition, costs control, project supervision, and documentations
• Carries out Quality checks and control on works done on site
• Reports to project manager on the progress of works

Responsibilities:

· Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Documentation of method statement and work procedures

· Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completion as scheduled

· Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

· Preparation of design construction drawings

· Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers

· Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline

· Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage

· 3 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge preferred but fresh graduate may apply

· Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

· Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
