• Responsible for execution all assigned projects with respect to Safety, Quality, Design, Procurement, Construction, Contractual, Budget, Schedule and Resources
• Ensure competent / qualified Project Engineer / Designer / Drafter assignment to the project

• Escalate challenges to MD appropriately to resolve it on time

Requirement

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and variable refrigerant volume (VRV) systems.

Job description

• Carry out installation, servicing, and repair of ACMV and VRV systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in ACMV and VRV systems

• Perform regular preventive maintenance for air conditioning systems, including replacing faulty components.

• Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance needs.

• Ensure all work complies with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
