• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.

Job Responsiilities:

• Manage and maintain proper record & filing of all documents
• Assist with compiling monthly reports & other reports to Client
• To assist the engineering project team on site coordination

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE O-Level
• MS Office (including Powerpoint)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese workers, subcontractors and vendors)
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in construction industry.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for engineering spare parts required for the maintenance and repair of maritime vessels and equipment, ensuring timely availability.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of marine engineering spare parts, negotiating contracts, prices, and terms to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability.
• Maintain optimal levels of spare parts inventory, ensuring critical items are available without overstocking, to prevent unnecessary costs or delays in operations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers, emerging trends, and cost-saving opportunities, ensuring the procurement of high-quality, durable parts at competitive prices.
• Coordinate the ordering process for spare parts, ensuring all required documentation (purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoices) is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all procured engineering spare parts meet the required quality standards and specifications, collaborating with technical teams to confirm suitability and compliance.
• Work closely with logistics teams to manage shipping, customs clearance, and delivery schedules, ensuring that spare parts arrive on time to prevent operational downtime.
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all procurement activities align with financial objectives, achieving cost efficiencies where possible.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring good communication, prompt resolution of issues, and ongoing supplier performance monitoring.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with maritime industry regulations, international trade laws, and company policies, including safety and environmental standards related to the spare parts procured.

Requirements:
