  Integrate network security management such as AD, MFA authenticator, Clearpass, ESXi, PMP, PIM, PAM, ELA, SIEM, SEM, SEP, SCOM, etc. Familiar with products such as F5, CyberArk, CypherTrust, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Symantec, CyberNet, etc.
  Apply patching and firmware upgrade if required.
  
• Network Performance & Optimization:Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  Optimize network infrastructure to meet the growing needs of the business.
  
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and infrastructure status for management review.
  Solutions of backup and restore network appliances configurations for quick network recovery.
  
• Collaboration & Support:Work closely with internal teams, including technical manager, system engineer, cyber specialist, and development teams, to support network requirements for various projects.
  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network team members as needed.
  
• Vendor Management:Liaise with network hardware/software vendors for support, maintenance, and procurement of network equipment and services.
  Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of network-related issues with third-party service providers.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Experience:Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
  Experience with enterprise-level networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer, and wireless access points.
  Solid experience with networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, MPLS, and QoS.
  
• Certifications (Preferred, but not required):Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher (CCNP, CCIE).
  CompTIA Network+.
  Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA).
  Any other relevant network certifications.
  
• Skills:Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques (Wireshark, PingPlotter, etc.).
  Familiarity with network monitoring and management platforms (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
  Knowledge of network security best practices and tools.
  Strong understanding of cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure networking) and hybrid network environments.
  Experience with SD-WAN and/or VPN technologies.
  Ability to write scripts or use automation tools for network management is a plus (e.g., Python, Ansible).

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with data center operations and virtualized networking (VMware NSX, Hyper-V networking, ESXi, etc.).
• Experience with cloud services integration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and network design for hybrid/cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or other network service management models.

The candidate uses building information modeling software to create a three-dimensional visual

plan for a project. Building information models are virtual files used to aid decision-making during

the building process. He/she work closely with architects and engineers to develop designs for

clients. BIM modelers need to have excellent artistic, technical, and computer skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work.
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team on submissions, updates or
• changes, and checking for clashes with other trades.
• Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by project and
• construction team.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company
• standards.
• Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling
• Document control of submissions (Technical data, shop-drawings, as-built)
• To comply with BIM Manager Execution Plan and BIM Project workflow criteria

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Building Construction industry
• Experience in using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Guidelines
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative and positive working attitude

Experience required;

- Minimum 5 years of working experience on civil engineering projects with Main contractor experience preferred

- Experience in government agency’s tender (LTA, PUB, JTC etc)

- Be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented and a good team player

- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Sound knowledge of construction and excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

- Sound computer literacy for MS office.

- Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
