The candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in a Grade A commercial building. The Senior BIM Designer will create and manage digital models of building structures and systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively and with minor supervision from engineers/coordinators.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Lead modeling efforts on projects working with BIM designers to complete deliverables for each discipline.
• Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model
• Develop constituent parts of the information model in connection with specific task
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness
• Production of project output and ownership of model information
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior BIM Modeler to ensure they are equipped to handle complex projects.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Information Technology or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and Coordination work.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials is a plus.

The Senior Design Engineer is responsible for assisting the Senior/Technical Manager on structural analysis and design compliance are met for the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Conduct structure analysis.
• Provide technical engineering information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
• Develop architectural/engineering drawings and ensure specifications/regulations are followed.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other departments to ensure that the design intentions are met.
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation whenever required.
• Ability to identify potential and discrepancies that affect the design and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited Universities
• Experience: Prior 6 to 8 years of experience in design and construction
• At least 5 years of civil MRT station experience (have completed at least 1 MRT station project)
• Well versed in structure analysis and design software such as ORION, SAP2000, SAFE, PROKON, PLAXIS or other similar software.
• Well versed in Autocad and BIM software is preferred.
• Technical Competencies: Technical expertise and knowledge in Foundation, Structural and Civil works (MRT Stations).
