MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's Degree

Technical Skills and Prior Experience

• At least 15 years of supervisory experience in heavy haulage, construction, and maintenance in process plants.
• Strong knowledge and experience in heavy lifting, transportation, and mechanical work.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 Level) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential, as the role often requires interaction with Japanese counterparts.
• IT proficient and must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficient in project management with relevant experience and skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
