Laser Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

We are looking for a laser cleaning technician to join our factory and be a key member of operations. You will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, basic repairing, and maintaining the laser cleaning equipment(under manufacturer guidance), as well as training and supervising future new operators. You will also ensure the compliance with the environmental and safety regulations, and the quality standards.

To be successful as a laser cleaning technician, you should have a good understanding of English and a positive attitude to learn. Having a certificate in laser technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in laser cleaning or a similar industry is a plus but not mandatory. You should also have a valid N3 license issued by the National Environment Agency (NEA), or be able to obtain one within three months of employment. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Look into the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
• Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues. Assist project teams and design teams with BIM implementation
• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor its progress
• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software
• Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress. Document meeting minutes highlighting key action point. Ensure the issues highlighted are resolved, concluded and monitored for resolution provided by the design team.
• To oversee the BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
