Seeking Site Engineer with prior knowledge and experience to maintenance and troubleshooting and repair equipments such as TLD ACU, GPU, Tow Tractor, ASU, boom lift and scissors lift, hydraulic cylinder and general electrical troubleshooting. Will be deploy at various site in singapore for general repair, servicing and maintenance of basic ground support equipment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of project
• Liaise with Subcontractors, Surveyors and Site Supervisors/Foremen to make sure that works are carried out in time and smoothly on site
• Attend regular meetings with Owner/Client/Contractors/Subcontractors on the project related matters

Job Requirements :

 Conduct Lean Six Sigma training to build a working knowledge of the Lean concepts and

 Collaborate with the site’s digital team to create and deploy performance dashboards that
track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, continuous
improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies is highly
desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse
teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and improvement projects.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable improvements in operational
efficiency and quality.

• Able to lay cables, install electric switches, socket, lightning protection system
