Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of site experience in construction field is preferred.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

Job Description: Facility Manager

Job Summary:

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities within the organization. Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities in civil projects
• Good analytical skills
