• Must be willing to go down to ground and be hands-on to understand situation when problem arise
• Willing to travel on-site at Jurong Island
• Experience handling government agencies with understanding of IM8 processes, Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and Whole-Of-Government (WOG) operation structure is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with contract and vendor management

In this role, you need to communicated closely with clients in China and Malaysia, Indonesia etc. Therefore, proficiency in English and Chinese both speaking and writing are required.

Job Responsiblities:

- Design, develop, test and implement automation systems as required by product manager.

- Maintain and upgrade existing automation equipment to ensure effetiveness and safety.

- Analyze system performance and provide recommendations to improve automation processes.

- Documatation and maintain technical information in a manner for our automation systema.

- Collablorate closely with various departments to ensure the continues improving on our automation system performance.

Requirements:-

- Diploma or higher in Engineering, IT, or related field.

- at least 1 year working experience in automation engineering or related area (fresh graduates are welcome)

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and others.

- Ability to tackle technical challenges and problem solving skills.

- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

- Profiency in communicate with both English and Chinese.

- Experience in robotic systems integration with industry background
