• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and ventilation design principles.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in ACMV or MEP fields.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Carry out repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery onboard vessels in shipyard
• Liaise with Fleet Operations team on breakdown reports and vessel status
• Troubleshoot and carry out thorough rectification of deficiencies in machinery and control system
• Ability to perform wiring and termination of electrical cables
• Install electrical and electronic accessories and components
• Assisting Engineer any related job delegated

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
• Handling works at Grade A Commercial Buildings

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage

• Oversee entire construction projects and execute on time delivery within budget
• Manage contractors and construction materials
• Schedule and estimate project completion time to ensure that projects are completed within specified time
• Manage works with Safety and Quality on top priority and ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction team
• Overview on Compliance and Local Regulations
• Obtain and ensure the necessary licenses or permits for each construction stages
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/construction projects
• Meticulous with leadership/problem-solving skills/qualities

Requirements

• Excellent experience in managing of Construction projects in Oil & Gas industry (especially in Jurong Island) is strongly required.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. Primavera, MS Project, Autocad, etc).
• Understand the Drawings and able to take-off quantities and create the budget and monitor the cost throughout the project.
• Able to work for Extended hours.
• Perform to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
