This Sales Director would be responsible for :

• Meet annual sales targets and acquire new clients.
• Develop growth strategies focused on financial gains and client acquisition.
• Research and identify new markets and customer needs.
• Support and re-engage existing accounts.
• Conduct monthly meetings with customers for feedback and improvement.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide expert advice on company products and services.
• Manage customer specification reviews, factory tours, design reviews, and inspections.
• Actively seek new business opportunities.
• Sell and manage sales cycles for chemical process and delivery equipment.
• Cross-sell TGCM services.
• Promote and sell products with Asia Equipment sales representatives.
• Update management with monthly sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in relevant studies
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in High-Tech industries
• Possess managerial experience

Job Description

• Transporting earthwork from site to site
• Perform daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness.
• Drive in a safe manner at all time and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Class 4 License
• Proven working experience & good driving record
• Familiar with Singapore route

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Survey Planning and Execution: Analyse and prepare daily drawings for setting-out. Conduct and oversee land survey inspections including topographic and as-built surveys
• Data Collection: Utilize advance surveying equipment and technologies (e.g., GPS, total stations, scanners and digital levels) to collect and analyse data, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Mapping & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data using AutoCad Civil 3D
• Data Analysis and Computation: Prepare survey data, generate surfaces and perform data analysis and volumetric computations using AutoCad Civil 3D and similar programs
• Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of design drawings and survey data for submissions
• Collaboration: Work closely with site managers, site engineers, site supervisors and project consultants to provide survey insights and recommendations for planning and executions
• Compliance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations, safety standards and project requirements
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to survey data, equipment or methodologies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field
• Proficiency with survey equipment (GPS, total Station, scanner, digital level)
• Proficiency with AutoCad Civil 3D (Civil 3D is not the same as AutoCad only)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and navigate construction sites safely
• Minimum of 2 years in surveying, preferably in construction or reclamation projects
