• Oversee entire construction projects and execute on time delivery within budget

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for ACMV projects, ensuring that all designs are accurate, efficient, and aligned with project requirements. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure successful project execution.

BIM Management and Coordination:

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for ACMV systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Model Creation and Detailing:

Clash Detection and Resolution:

ACMV engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a ACMV project. He/she works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager and site personnel in planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects.
• Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and workers on site to ensure quality standards and all health & safety requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
• Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget.
