• Education level: Preferable to hold Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or HVAC Engineering.
• Job experience. At least 5-8 years of work experience in mechanical and Instrumentation system.
• Strong knowledge of field HVAC Mechanical systems, control systems, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a methodical approach to problem resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with new technologies and apply innovative solutions to optimize plant operations.
• Effective leadership and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing team members.
• Flexible and resourceful, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.

Roles and Responsiblities

• To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.
• To assist in claiming interim payment from Client.
• To calculate quantities for subcontractors’ claims.
• To contact subcontractors to request quotations.
• To record status of main materials consumption (i.e. Concrete, Rebar).
• To support Senior QS and Managers.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying

Min. 2 years experience

Microsoft Office

Experience in Infra-Structure Project of more than 200million.
