The Job

Facilities Management (FM)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for policies and procedures for maintaining the organization’s facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and manage all facility-related projects and renovations including construction of new facilities. Ensure the safety and security of all facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the timely negotiation and renewal of facility-related contracts and government permits and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to facilities and equipment, by driving and collaborating with stakeholders to implement and practice safety guidelines. To follow up on the audit findings and recommendations resulting from any regulatory authorities.
• Develop and lead in implementing and monitoring emergency management and in Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Bio-Medical Engineer (BME)

• Develop, implement, monitor and accountable for the efficient and effective management and routine preventive maintenance of medical equipment and devices of the various departments.

The System Engineer will assist the IT Infrastructure Manager to maintain, support and optimized key functional areas such as network, server, data & telecommunications system, video conferencing equipment and security.

• Propose identify repetitive/operational tasks to be transferred to GBS and do the proper link with GBS for implementation

Responsibilities:

• Prepares engineering information required for the production departments and to execute activities within schedule.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary and subcontracting activities where required.
• Reviews supplier / sub-contractors design deliverables.
• Prepares project documentation for submission and for production works using PLM
• Prepares design and production drawings such as main cable routings, cable tray layout, cable schedules, electrical diagram and etc.)
• Coordinates with other engineering team members (i.e. within shipyard engineering department, production, QC, etc.), subcontractors and consultants on technical issues
• Prepare outfitting material and electrical fittings for vessel to project technical requirement specifications
• Prepares arrangement and bill of material for outfitting and equipment supports for the procurement.
• Provides updates to production and project team members on all aspects engineering deliverables to support yard’s fabrication and installation activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design and/or engineering in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in electrical related design and marine vessels added advantage
• Proficient in engineering office software and CAD tools such as AVEVA or equivalent
• Able to work overtime where project has requirement.

Job Descriptions:

• Based on the tender documents and tender drawings, come up with the project BQ with the assistance of the project engineer based on site conditions, do cost estimations
• Provide input to Director for a decision on the final tender price
• Attend tender interviews and reviews for project clarifications
• Upon award of the tender, starts to plan and allocate resources (Manpower, Tools, and Equipment & materials) using the initial tender information as a basis
• Do up a project schedule (including Manpower schedule, Cost & Claim schedule, etc) for effective project management, monitoring & reporting
• After the initial project planning, start to go through the engineering aspects of the project to ensure that the design and constructability of the design are sound
• Identify potential issues with the project and do up the appropriate MSRA to minimize the issues and execute the project in the best possible manner in terms of cost, quality, time and resource requirements.
• Execution of construction plan while having cost control measures in place
• Monitoring work activities as well as individual performance on a daily basis and submitting a daily report via common communication mediums (Whatsapp, SMS, Email, etc)
• Submit weekly reports during a management meeting
• Coordinate and manage the customer acceptance process
• Coordinate project closeout documents
• Conduct Post Project Analysis and Reconciliation of Expectations in all aspects including a detailed project debriefing
• Coordinate the smooth transfer/handover of Project to Service and Maintenance team upon full project completion

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as Construction Manager or Project Manager for project sizes ranging from S$5.0M to S$20.0M

• In charge of store planning and store upkeep.
• Inventory control of store items and this will include receipt of materials via D/O, packing list that matches the P/O. Identifying of materials and binning of materials into designated locations and codification of materials.
• Driving of forklift to load and offload materials.
• Report any discrepancies and/or deviation in practice of procedures.
• Assist to supervise and guide all junior staff in store.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ level / ITC / Others.
• 2-year warehouse operation experience.
• Candidates with no experience may apply.

Requirements
