• Conduct Monthly QESH meeting to all projects to share the safety performance of all the projects for continual improvement & to include evidences in the yearly MR Meeting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Submit plan and execute well-defined sales strategies to achieve targets;
• Develop and maintain good rapport with existing customers;
• Promptly and professionally attend to customers’ enquiries and requests and provide technical advise on both existing and new products or systems;
• Supports sales opportunities through presentations, calling and visiting customers and prospects, needs identification with active follow-ups;
• Ensuring smooth service operation efficiency for customers with sales and operations team
• Investigating and resolving customers’ issues with relevant departments when necessary
• Acquire new customer accounts;
• Assist in preparation of proposals and quotation administration;
• Contribute creative alternative ideas to help maximize sales opportunities;
• Participate in marketing, advertising, promotional and publicity activities in line with corporate and product strategies;
• Gather information on market demand, competition and latest product developments
• Conduct periodic sales forecasts;
• Prepare weekly sales/contact reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering other Engineering related
• 3 to 5 years of Experience
• Possess Class 3 driving license (with own transport preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Possess an outgoing personality;
• Resourceful, proactive self-starter, positive attitude, performance oriented, able to work independently but also a team player;
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English & Mandarin
• Able to speak Mandarin p

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in entering purchase invoices and maintaining daily transaction records for completeness.
• Support COA mapping between NAV and Oracle NetSuite.
• Help extract data from individual work orders to verify product costing.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning hardcopy invoices, filing, and archiving as needed.
