Job Descriptions:
Ā· Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies
Ā· Manage recruitment process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs
Ā· Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation
Ā· Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL
Ā· Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others
Ā· Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations
Ā· Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices
Ā· Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers
Ā· Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation
Ā· Arrangement of skilled Course enrolments for Workers
Ā· Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers. Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records
Ā· Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience
Ā· Benefit management: Leave management and control claims of medical expenses
Ā· Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Work life Grant etc...
Ā· Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process
Ā· Any other ad hoc duties asassigned
Requirements
ā¢ Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits
ā¢ Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector
ā¢ Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower
ā¢ Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS
ā¢ Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
ā¢ Basic proficiency with Microsoft word and excel
