Job Description:

1. Provide TRAX technical system support to end-users. This includes assisting with access, system-related inquiries and issues.

2. Perform full testing of TRAX functionalities and enhancement before upgrading to new TRAX version.

3. Conduct trainings to all new TRAX users for formal introduction, briefing, tour and hands-on of the TRAX system.

4. Coordinates with TRAX USA for the resolution of system bugs, queries, update, review and evaluation of new functionalities and processing system modification.

5. Analyzes, evaluates and solves problems in order to ensure smooth workflow process and the attainment of the system implementation commitments.

6. Develop interim application program and reports generator system to our users in order to supplement their needs, which were not included in TRAX but will be integrated on the next upgrade of the said system.

Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Communication Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment

3. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a focus on TRAX modules (eMROWeb, Production Control Web, Task Control Web and Shop Control Web) would be advantageous

4. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and experience in IT service management would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• To further enhance Manufacturing Engineer capability in Engineering
• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas. Act as Technical Authority, assuring the initial and continuing capability of the Production method to produce conforming product and ensuring the resolution of technical issues/problems/arisings to meet business and customer requirements for safety, cost, delivery rate and leadtime (SQCD). • Manage Purchases and delivery of materials meeting the MRP for smooth supplies to Operations.
• Monitor and expedite deliveries to avoid delinquency and shortage of materials.
• Process Purchase Request and Issue Purchase Order timely and negotiate shorter lead time & lower prices.
• Analyse the stock inventory and plan for replenishment or push out of Orders.
• Manage and track supplier OTD with timely report and assessment (weekly & Monthly Report)
• Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
• Sourcing of parts, materials, consumables and equipment when required to meet the specifications, price and delivery time line.
• Ensure all purchase data and receipt are reconciled with timely update for payment.
• Source & Manage Approved Vendor, maintain and update the list with suppliers selection approval and their performance.
• Solve and manage all purchasing related problems and escalate timely to avoid stoppage of supplies and cost avoidance.
• Formulate, review and update SOP to continuous improve the supply chain work flow and meet any ISO requirements.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Department Manager from times to times.
