The Job
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and preferences
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the leasing process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on the status of their lease applications
- Managing the entire sales process which involves coordinating with various internal departments and post-sales service
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to adopt sales strategies accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
- Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance
- Being proactive in conducting monthly market research
Requirements
- Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above
- Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
- Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
- Genuine passion for mobility
- Adaptable to changes
- Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
- Good written and spoken English to liaise with clients
- Ability to speak Japanese or Korean or any other language besides Mandarin and English is advantageous
