• Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at the construction site,
• Execute project plan and ensure works are completed as per the schedule and in accordance with contract specification and design drawing.
• Ensure the construction site fulfills the authority's code of practice and complies with house safety rules & regulations.
• Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission.
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project, including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, regularly report on progress, and monitor the schedule.
• Prepare site meeting minutes, monitor work schedules, project costing, and procurement, and coordinate with all parties to ensure work progress is completed within the target time and budget.
• Supervise and report the progress of the work to the Project Manager.
• Update construction drawings,
• Give feedback to the project manager on any issue encountered on-site and propose a feasible solution.

• Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.

• Able to set up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machine
• Work accordingly to production plans and to maintain operational efficiency
• Able to carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
• To develop individual tooling for CNC Milling Machine
• To generate and load NC program to designated CNC Milling Machine
• Able to problem solve and to make decisions to decrease cycle times and to increase efficiency
• To woek accordinly to Production Plan and to maintain operational efficiency
• Will be responsible for CNC Production Team performance and CNC Milling process
• Monitor process/ machines and to troubleshoot and report any deviations to respective personnels or to Senior Manager
