Education and Certification Requirements
To qualify for a position as a Site Supervisor, candidates typically need the following educational background and certifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent or good practical skilled or higher secondary certifcates
- Candidates for the Site Supervisor position must also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
